Saw an old pal and made some new ones. One of the volunteers that I met was stationed at Naval Communications Station Guam the same time I was, he lived in the barracks next to mine. Our paths probably crossed hundreds of times. We had a great conversation.
I start the day after tomorrow. I'll keep you posted.

Congratulations on the new position! I used to follow your blog all the time until my old blog reader went defunct. Long story. Anyway, I volunteer at Monocacy so I just wanted to say, "Welcome to the team!" It's a great little park with opportunity for a variety of interpretive themes. And our volunteer group is awesome. ;-)
