My 200th post...with movies!
Here is the URL for all of my Youtube movies, many of which relate to the Civil War in general and Antietam in particular. One which does not is "The Peanut" which nonetheless is grounded in solid scholarship.

Hey Mannie, nice videos, I liked the ones about the peanut and the "Wildnerness Cooking." Yeah, that's good, but how are you with doing that in an iron skillet over a balky firepit? And I would challenge you to a "duel" in cooking a pork roast on a spit at the Dunker Church in September, say Anniversary weekend...see you on the field...

Jim,
I think I'd do okay with a balky firepit, as long as I've plenty of garlic and olive oil. As far as a pork roast, you've got me there...
I don't do pork.
Looking forward to a great supper with the USSC in September!
Mannie
