Cannoneers Post!
Junior Ranger Day this past Saturday saw the first outing of the season for our all-volunteer gun detachment.
I always wanted to pull the lanyard on a cannon. Twenty-two years in the Army and I never got to do it. Now I'm a park ranger at a Civil War battlefield and I still haven't done it. Maybe someday.
